Good quality hux d3 capsules 20'000iu ,high strength which I was previously prescribed by my G.P due to having deficiencies. I have again been feeling very symptomatic .
After a couple of weeks of taking 1 capsule 3 times a week I am starting to feel some improvement.

I've been taking these for around 3 years now, initially to replenish low levels. Now I take one every 2 weeks to keep me topped up. Had regular blood tests to show they are doing the trick.

As far as I know, these capsules once a month maintain my Vitamin D at an acceptable level, though admittedly I haven't had a blood test for some time to confirm this.
