No appointment is necessary to access the Pharmacy First Service. You can start by using our online consultations at any time. Simply follow these steps:

Complete the online consultation form.
Our expert pharmacists will review your answers and arrange a video consultation during working hours.
Once approved, your medication will be promptly posted out to you for free.The service is free for all patients. However, the standard NHS prescription charge of £9.65 does apply to patients who are not exempt from NHS prescription charges.
