Made my first purchase several years ago. Process was very simple and straight forward. Now on logging in system wouldn't recognise password so had to re do.Then had to give details of symptons as to why I wanted the nasal spray, was I suffering from a whole list of conditions,name of surgery I was registered with and so on.
