I find My Pharmacy very attentive and efficient. Always good to know that there is expert advice at the end of the phone too. Our medications arrive in good time and are well packaged. Sometimes, I receive reminders to order medications, yet we don't need any. It would be good if these messages were in sync and the message told me which one needs to be requested. It would also be great to know if My Pharmacy offers the option of pre-packed blister packs with times to be taken, since my father is on quite a lot of different medications.
