A stuffy nose, blocked sinuses and catarrh are common symptom of colds, flu and hay fever, which can leave you feeling under the weather. Actifed Multi-Action Tablets contain the active ingredient pseudoephedrine hydrochloride which is a decongestant that works by contracting and narrowing the blood vessels in the linings of the nasal passages and sinuses to ease the feeling of nasal and sinus congestion. They also have triprolidine hydrochloride, which is an antihistamine, that relieves the symptoms of allergies, hay fever, and the common cold.
