Systane Ultra UD Lubricanting Eye Drops - 30 Vials

What is Systane Ultra UD

SYSTANE ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops may be used as needed throughout the day. May be used to treat dry eye associated with contact lens usage by instilling drops prior to inserting contact lenses and after removal of contact lenses.

• They provide lasting relief from dry eye irritation.

• For the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.

You may have dry eyes if your eyes are:

• itchy
• sore
• gritty
• red
• blurry
• sensitive to light
• more watery than normal

You may be more likely to get dry eyes if:

• you're over the age of 50
• you wear contact lenses
• you look at computer screens for a long time without a break
• you spend time in air conditioned or heated environments
• it's windy, cold, dry or dusty
• you smoke or drink alcohol
• you take certain medicines (for example, some antidepressants or blood pressure drugs)
• you have a condition, such as Blepharitis, Sjögren's Syndrome or Lupus

Before you use Systane Gel

Do not use:

• if this product changes colour or becomes cloudy
• if you are allergic to any ingredient in this product

When using this product:

• do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
• replace cap after each use

Stop use and ask a eye care professional if:

• you feel eye discomfort
• changes in vision occur
• redness or irritation of the eye(s)
• excessive tearing

How to use Systane Gel

• Shake well before using.

• Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Ingredients

Aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, hydroxypropyl guar, POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1)0.001% preservative, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, sorbitol. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
