Courier services
We use external couriers to deliver your order. Our current shipping and delivery partners are Royal Mail, you can access their terms and conditions at https://www.royalmail.com/terms-and-conditions.
The various delivery options time scales and guarantees are provided by our delivery and shipping partners and not us. For example, Royal Mail may not process your order for shipping over weekends and bank holidays.
Returns policy
Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
We cannot allow medicines to be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy for reasons of health and safety. We cannot use returned medicines, so we are unable to process any refunds on medication. If you have unwanted medicine, please contact us so that we can arrange for you to safely send the medication back to us for disposal.
Returned item(s) (where eligible) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. myPharmacy reserves the right to decline a refund in such instances. In the unlikely event that any products are faulty, defective, wrongly delivered, or misdescribed, any discrepancies must be reported immediately on receipt of the product. Unfortunately, the postage cost and tracking of eligible returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling your order
We will start processing your order on receipt of payment. You agree that once we have begun the service at your request, you will have no right to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise.
Once your order is approved by our clinical team, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
If you do wish to cancel your order before it’s been approved, you should reach out to the Customer Services team via our Contact Us page. However, this does not guarantee that you will be able to cancel your treatment, as it depends on the status of your order.
Taking delivery of your treatment
All orders are sent via tracked courier and may require a signature. The tracking information is provided to the customer and can be tracked at any time to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. You can access your tracking details by going to My Account, and then My Orders.
While our couriers may leave your order in a communal area, like a reception area or shared corridor in a block of flats, to ensure safe delivery of your treatment please make sure someone is home to receive your package.
When ordering treatments that require temperature-controlled delivery, it’s your responsibility as the customer to be home to sign for the package. If you arrange your delivery to be redirected once it’s in transit, it’s your responsibility to do this correctly and within the timeframe required to keep the treatment at the necessary temperature.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the product(s) cannot be posted through your letterbox, they may be left with a neighbour. If that’s not possible, the courier should leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect your order from a local depot. Delivery can be rearranged but will incur additional delivery charges and is the responsibility of the customer.
If you do not collect the products from the courier or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, then the product will be destroyed after 14 days, and you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK.
