Is myPharmacy legit?

We are authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to sell medicines online through our website www.mypharmacy.co.uk. We then dispense your medicine through our partner pharmacy Chemist4U. They are a registered and regulated UK pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) (registered premises 9012464).

How long does delivery take?

Do I need a prescription to order?

Accepted Answer

You don't need an existing prescription to use our service. We offer a free consultation process which is reviewed by one of our expert clinicians. After your treatment is approved, you'll then be issued a private prescription that we fulfil through our partner pharmacy Chemist4U. We may ask for evidence, like photographs or past prescriptions, to ensure that certain treatments are suitable for you.

Can I use an existing prescription?

You cannot use an existing prescription to order your treatment with myPharmacy. You'll need to complete a short free consultation to request your treatment. This may involve providing us with extra information, like a copy of a previous prescription or photographic images, so we can make sure you're getting the right treatment for your needs.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, every order is dispatched in plain, discreet packaging. The sent label will only include our address and group name Innox, not myPharmacy or Chemist4U.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer pay in 3 and pay in 4 payment options with Clearpay and Klarna.

Are your medications the same as if I went to a high street pharmacy?

All medicines purchased by a pharmacy (internet or high street) must be purchased from an approved wholesaler. Our main wholesalers are AAH, Phoenix and Alliance Healthcare who are the three biggest wholesalers in the UK. We use the same pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as traditional high street pharmacies.

Where required, your weight loss treatment will be delivered in insulated packaging and ice packs designed to keep your treatment at the right temperature.

Will my GP be informed of my treatment?

When you place an order, you'll be given the option to enter your GP details. Although it's recommended to keep your doctor informed of the medication you are taking, this is completely optional and we will never inform your GP without your consent. We also ask whether you're happy for our clinicians to view your Summary Care Record (SCR). This helps us understand whether the treatment is a good fit for your needs.

What do I do if I experience side effects or need help after treatment?

If you start to experience any side effects, it's important get them checked our. You can do this by contacting your GP, or reaching out to our clinicians at myPharmacy. If the side effects are severe or life threatening seek immediate medical help by call 999 otherwise call 111 for NHS emergency services.

What are the limits of your service?

We can only provide treatment for conditions that we can safely diagnose without a physical examination or face-to-face consultation. If you have an urgent care need, you should contact your GP or other urgent care services.
