What dose is right for me?
More than 20 cigarettes per day
- Step 1 - 21 mg patch per day for 3-4 weeks
- Step 2 - 14 mg patch per day for 3-4 weeks
- Step 3 - 7 mg patch per day for 3-4 weeks
Less than 20 cigarettes per day

How to use Nicotinell Patches

Nicotinell Patches can be used for 24 hours. Apply a new nicotine patch every day, once you have removed the old one.

Stick to a new area of skin which is unbroken, dry and hairless - this can be on your upper arm, upper back or hip.

Smooth out the edges of the nicotine patch to ensure its stuck properly.
