Menthol crystals can be dissolved in hot water , it then releases a strong vapour which can be inahled to provide fast and effective relief from a blocked nose.

whilst using Menthol there are other things you can do at home to help your blocked nose this includes avoiding certain triggers and undertaking self care measures, like rinsing your nasal passages, may relieve your symptoms.

Rinsing your nasal passages, can be done using either a homemade solution or a solution made with sachets of ingredients bought from a pharmacy.
