GOPO Joint Health is made from 100% specially cultivated natural rose-hip and is the only product of its kind to contain a high level of GOPO - a key component of the rose-hip which may play a valuable role in the care of joints and joint tissues.

How to take GOPO Joint Health
Swallow the capsules with water or split the capsules and sprinkle the powder over food. If you are taking the product for the first time: Take 3 capsules twice daily for 3-5 weeks, then follow the maintenance dose. Maintenance dose: Take 2 capsules twice a day.
