How to use GlucoRx Finepoint Needles

Please read the included leaflet carefully before using GlucoRx Finepoint Needles. Contact your GP or one of our pharmacists if you need support with using them.

Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them.
Take out a new needle and tear off the paper tab.
Push the needle directly onto the pen and turn until it fits tightly.
Pull off the outer cap and keep it to one side (you will need it after injecting).
Pull off the inner cap needle and throw it away. If you attempt to put the cap back on you might accidentally prick yourself with the needle.

Once you’ve used a needle, you cannot reuse it. Make sure to dispose of all needles correctly into a sharps bin.
