Remove cap of the bottle, tilt your head backwards, hold the bottle upside down between your finger and thumb. Use your other hand to pull down your lower eyelid, be careful not to touch your eye with the tip of the bottle and squeeze the bottle to release one drop into your eye. Repeat on the other eye.
