Start your sildenafil consultation
Sildenafil is a prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), helping men achieve and maintain an erection long enough for sexual activity. When you’re sexually aroused, sildenafil helps relax the blood vessels in the penis so that more blood can flow in. This natural increase in blood flow makes it easier to get and keep an erection. It’s important to note that sildenafil only works when you are sexually stimulated – it does not cause an erection on its own.Directions
Take one sildenafil tablet approximately one hour before you want to have sex for the best results. Sildenafil tablets should be taken with water or juice (but not grapefruit juice). Do not take more than one tablet a day. Avoid drinking excessive amounts of alcohol before taking sildenafil, as this can make it harder to achieve an erection.Side effects
Like all medicines, you may encounter some side effects when taking sildenafil. Common side effects may include:- headaches
- nausea
- indigestion
- dizziness
