    Complan Chocolate Flavour Shakes are high-energy nutritional drinks designed for anyone who struggles to meet their daily nutritional needs through food alone. These gluten-free shakes can be mixed quickly with milk or water to create a smooth, rich chocolate drink that provides essential nutrients, calories, and protein to support recovery, appetite loss, or increased energy requirements.

    Directions

    To prepare your shake, you’ll need 200ml of milk or water.
    1. Pour about 50ml of milk or water into a large glass or mug.
    2. Add one sachet of Complan Chocolate Flavour powder.
    3. Stir or whisk until smooth and creamy.
    4. Add the remaining 150ml of milk or water and mix thoroughly.
    Drink the shake within 2 hours of preparation, or store it in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.

    Vitamins and minerals

    Each serving of Complan Chocolate Shake provides a balanced mix of vitamins and minerals, including:
    • Vitamin A – 352µg
    • Vitamin D – 5.4µg
    • Vitamin C – 31mg
    • Iron – 4mg
    • Calcium – 559mg
