  • What are GlucoRx Finepoint Needles?

    GlucoRx Finepoint Needles are super thin needles, designed to reduce pain and minimise discomfort when testing your blood glucose levels. They are manufactured using the highest-quality materials, focusing on precision and reliability. As a result, they provide accurate blood sampling, to help you get reliable results, every time. This pack of 100 needles will ensure you have plenty of needles on hand for regular testing.  

    How to use GlucoRx Finepoint Needles

    Please read the included leaflet carefully before using GlucoRx Finepoint Needles. Contact your GP or one of our pharmacists if you need support with using them.
    1. Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them.
    2. Take out a new needle and tear off the paper tab.
    3. Push the needle directly onto the pen and turn until it fits tightly.
    4. Pull off the outer cap and keep it to one side (you will need it after injecting).
    5. Pull off the inner cap needle and throw it away. If you attempt to put the cap back on you might accidentally prick yourself with the needle.
    Once you’ve used a needle, you cannot reuse it. Make sure to dispose of all needles correctly into a sharps bin.  

    How to store GlucoRx Finepoint Needles

    Store this product in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use these needles after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.  

    When to speak to a clinician

    If you experience an allergic reaction after using this product, stop using it immediately and speak to your GP or one of our pharmacists for advice.
