    Zindaclin 1% Gel

Zindaclin 1% Gel is used to treat acne (spots). Zindaclin is an antibiotic that reduces the number of bacteria and stop the skin pores becoming blocked and new spots forming. Zindaclin 1% Gel may also help to reduce the redness of the spots you already have. It will take some time once you have started using Zindaclin before any improvement is seen.

    Zindaclin 1% Gel 30g

Zindaclin 1% Gel 30g is used to treat acne. Acne is an extremely common skin condition most common in adolescence, but not restricted to those in later stages of life. During adolescence, glands in the skin produce extra grease in response to normal amounts of sex hormones in the body, and this can cause blocked pores, resulting in blackheads. When this happens the pores are invaded by bacteria. The chemicals produced by these bacteria go into deeper layers of the skin and produce red spots filled with pus. Your acne may be caused by potential triggers and Zindaclin 1% Gel 30g may not be needed if you can avoid these triggers:
    • Cosmetic products – this has become less common due to the majority of products undergoing advanced testing, but some may still cause acne outbreaks.
    • Medications – Drugs to treat epilepsy, certain steroid medicines and lithium.
    • Regularly wearing items that apply pressure on a specific area. An increase in this has been noticed since the COVID-19 pandemic began because of increased mask use.
    • Smoking – this is one of the main causes of acne in older people.

    Zindaclin Gel

Zindaclin Gel must not be taken by mouth. It is for use on the skin only. Always use Zindaclin Gel as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
    • Zindaclin should be used once a day. Wash as normal, rinse well and pat your skin dry. Apply a small amount of gel in a thin layer to the whole of the area where the acne usually appears.
    • It is important to replace the cap after you have used Zindaclin Gel.
    Do not:
    • Apply Zindaclin to areas where spots don’t usually appear.
    • Use Zindaclin in an attempt to stop acne from appearing in the first place, it doesn’t work that way.
    • Just dab Zindaclin onto individual spots.
    • Apply a thick layer of Zindaclin Gel onto any particular area as this will not get rid of spots/acne any quicker.
Take care to avoid your eyes, inside your nose or mouth when applying Zindaclin. If you accidently put gel on these areas, wash them straight away with plenty of water. Successful treatment of acne can take several months. You may not see any effect of treatment for several weeks. After that you should note a gradual but definite improvement but maximum benefit may take several months. You may need to use more than once tube of Zindaclin 1% Gel 30g during each course of treatment. Use Zindaclin for as long as your doctor tells you.

    Zindaclin Gel SPC

The SPC of a product, Summary of Product Characteristics, can usually be found on the Electronic Medicines Compendium. The Zindaclin Gel SPC (Summaries of Product Characteristics) is a description of a medicinal product’s properties and the conditions attached to its use. It explains how to use and prescribe a medicine. It is used by healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses and pharmacists. Unfortunately, a Zindaclin Gel SPC doesn’t exist, but you can view the patient information leaflet online if more information is required.

    Zindaclin Gel Perioral Dermatitis

Perioral Dermatitis tends to occur around the mouth and is typically represented as a rash. Most of the time it has a slightly red and scaly/bumpy appearance. Any itching or burning is generally mild. It can spread to other parts of the face, including the nose and occasionally the eyes. Currently, Zindaclin Gel Perioral Dermatitis isn’t recommended for use on this particular condition. Perioral dermatitis isn’t classed as acne and may need a stronger treatment. If you’re unsure what kind of skin condition you currently have, you should first have it diagnosed before using any medication. Using Zindaclin Gel Perioral Dermatitis as treatment could further irritate the skin and make it worse.

    Zindaclin 1 Gel Clindamycin Phosphate

Zindaclin 1 Gel Clindamycin Phosphate active ingredient is an antibiotic used for treatment of a number of bacterial infections, including bone or joint infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, strep throat, pneumonia, middle ear infections, and endocarditis. In the case of Zindaclin, it can also be used to treat acne. Antibiotics such as Zindaclin 1 Gel Clindamycin Phosphate stop the bacteria that are responsible for acne from multiplying. Typically, a product containing Clindamycin Phosphate is prescribed to kill a bacteria called Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) that’s responsible for pimples. This type of bacteria naturally lives on the skin, sometimes invading the pores and ultimately causing inflammation.
