Spedra (avanafil) is a relatively new drug in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Spedra (avanafil) is absorbed quicker into the body compared to viagra. The quicker effect means intercourse can occur on shorter notice, and give men the confidence in their ability and allow them to enjoy the moment.
Avanafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. It has been found to help men achieve erections in just 15 minutes and work for up to 5 hours
Avanafil will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated and will not lead to a permanent, irreversible erection during this period.
