Nutilis Clear is a food for special medical purposes for use under medical supervision. Nutilis Clear is a xantham gum-based food and fluid thickener designed to maintain the normal appearance of fluids. Nutilis Clear is designed for the dietary management of dysphagia and can be used to modify the texture of both food and fluids. Nutilis Clear has amylase resistant features to protect against the action amylase, in order to help ensure a safer swallow by maintaining correct consistency in the mouth. A level scoop holds approximately 1.25g powder.- Improves the safety, efficacy and physiology of swallowing.

Preparation and directions for usage
Nutilis Clear is suitable for thickening hot and cold drinks and for thickening pureed foods. Follow directions on the Nutilis Clear label. Use only the scoop provided in the packaging. ASllow hot liquid to cool slightly before adding Nutilis Clear. Stir carbonated drinks well until the drink has gone flat. To thicken pureed foods, add Nutilis Clear until the desired consistency is reached.
Scoop weight: 1 level scoop provided 1.25g of powder.
