- Do not use Artelec Rebalance if package or bottle is damaged. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep away from sunlight. Consult instructions for use.
- Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Wait approximately 15 minutes before using another eye product.
- Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the bottle to prevent any possible injury to the surface of the eye or contamination of the solution.
- Local hypersensitivity reactions have been very rarely reported. Treatment should be discontinued in such cases.
How to use Artelac Rebalance Eye Drops
- Apply one drop of Artelac Rebalance into the eye 3 to 5 times daily, or more frequently if required
- Always read the inserted leaflet before use
- Artelac can be used every day as often as necessary

Ingredients
0.15 % Sodium Hyaluronate, 0.5% polyethylene glycol 8000 (PEG 8000), potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, vitamin B12, water for injection, boric acid and Oxyd® (a gentle preservative that converts to water, oxygen and salt on the surface of the eye).
