What is Jungle Formula Dry Protect?

Jungle Formula Dry Protect is a non-greasy insect repellent that’s gentle on your skin. It provides strong protection against all mosquito species, as well as ticks, horse flies, sand flies, black flies, midges, and other biting insects. Importantly, Jungle Formula doesn’t contain DEET, making it safer to use.

What is it used for?

Jungle Formula is used to provide up to seven hours of protection from mosquitoes and other insects. It’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, to provide protection from insects when hiking, visiting the beach, or sitting in the park.

At best, insect bites and stings can be irritating and cause discomfort. At worst, they can cause allergic reactions or spread serious diseases. So, it’s important to protect yourself effectively, especially if you have an allergy or are travelling to a place where there is a risk of picking up diseases from insect bites.

How does Jungle Formula Dry Protect work?

Jungle Formula is specially formulated to provide up to seven hours of protection within Europe and the UK. The formula has an Insect Repellent Factor of 3 and is effective against:

• mosquitoes, including tiger mosquitoes
• ticks
• horse flies
• sand flies
• black flies
• midges

How to use Jungle Formula Dry Protect

1. Clean and dry your skin.
2. Hold the can around 15cm away from your skin and spray any exposed skin using a slow, sweeping motion. Ensure that the product is applied evenly.
3. Avoid contact with your eyes and lips during application.
4. To apply the product to your face, spray the product into your palm first and use your hands to carefully apply it, ensuring you avoid the eyes and lips.
5. Reapply Jungle Formula when required. Environmental factors, like high temperatures and humidity, can reduce the duration and effectiveness of insect repellents.

Jungle Formula Dry Protect side effects

If this spray comes into contact with your eyes, it can cause serious eye irritation. If this occurs, rinse your eye carefully with water for several minutes and remove your contact lenses if you’re wearing them.

Do not use this product if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients.

Keep this product away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke when using this product.

This product is not suitable for children under the age of three.

Storage information

Store this product in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
