How Wartner Wart & Verruca Cryo Freeze works

Cryotherapy is a medical technique that uses extreme cold to remove unwanted skin growths such as warts and verrucas. In clinics, doctors often use liquid nitrogen for this purpose, freezing the tissue so that it detaches naturally as the skin heals. Wartner Wart & Verruca Cryo Freeze is a home-use version of that same process. It allows you to perform safe, targeted freezing at home, delivering deep, precise cold treatment.

    Directions

Always follow the instructions in the patient information leaflet or those given by your doctor or pharmacist. Before first use Hold the pen upright and twist the white part one full turn in the direction of the arrow until you hear a click. Place the pen upright on a solid, flat surface with the transparent cap pointing downward. To activate Hold the clear cap with one hand and press the white part of the pen down firmly for 7 seconds. A white ice tip will form inside the cap. To apply Remove the cap and immediately press the ice tip firmly against the wart or verruca. For thin skin (hands, fingers, arms, toes, tops or sides of feet): press for 15 seconds. For thicker skin (soles of the feet): press for 40 seconds. Time the treatment carefully. Leaving the tip in contact with the skin for too long can cause burns or nerve damage. If the wart or verruca is larger than 7.5mm, speak to your doctor before use. For multiple warts or clustered verrucas, wait 14 days before treating the next one to avoid skin injury. If the wart or verruca is still visible after 14 days, the treatment can be repeated up to 3 times, leaving at least 14 days between applications.
