Easter 2021 is fast approaching. Whilst it may not feel like traditional Easter holidays as we continue to follow lockdown rules and guidelines, you might require medication to be delivered over this period instead of going into a pharmacy.
You may be wondering when is Easter bank holidays. This year, Easter 2021, Good Friday falls on 2nd April, Easter Sunday on 4th April and Easter Monday 5th April. Whilst other pharmacies and shops will operate at reduced times during this period, My Pharmacy will be closed. This is why it’s important to order in advance so that your order can be processed and delivered on time.
For guaranteed delivery before the bank holidays, please place your order before Thursday 1st April. Any orders placed after that date won’t be delivered until the earliest date of Tuesday 6th April.

Bank Holiday Opening Times for Easter 2021
You will still be able to place orders via our website over the Easter Holidays, but there will be a delay in processing and dispatch times. Staff will not be on the premises from 2nd April – 5th April. Orders placed after 5pm April 1st will not be dispatched until My Pharmacy reopens on the Tuesday 6th April.

Deliveries on bank holiday or collections during a bank holiday won’t be possible as both Royal Mail and DPD bank holiday delivery/collections are closed.

How Does Postage Work On A Bank Holiday?
Wondering how does postage work on a bank holiday?
Once staff are back on the premises, we aim to process and dispatch all orders placed over the bank holidays on Tuesday 6th April.
All orders placed with DPD & Royal Mail 1st Class over the bank holiday period will all be dispatched on Tuesday 6th April.
We will also aim to dispatch all Royal Mail 2nd Class on the same day. However, Royal Mail are experiencing delays with parcel deliveries, so please allow additional time for your parcel to get to you, especially for post delivery bank holiday as there will be a backlog.
