    Directions

    1. Wash and dry your hands before applying.
    2. Gently apply Cetraben Cream to the affected area as often as needed, following the direction of hair growth.
    3. Avoid vigorous rubbing, as this can irritate the skin.
    4. You can also use the cream before or after bathing to help prevent dryness.
    If you are using other psoriasis treatments, leave at least 30 minutes between applying Cetraben and the medicated product. Be cautious when using Cetraben in the bath or shower, as it can make surfaces slippery.

    Side effects

    Side effects are rare, but some users may experience mild redness, rash, or skin irritation. If this happens, stop using the product and speak to your doctor or pharmacist. You can report any side effects via the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

    Warnings

    Do not use Cetraben Cream if you are allergic to light liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin, or any other listed ingredient. Only use on children under 1 year old if advised by a doctor. For external use only - avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. This product contains paraffin, which can make fabrics more flammable. Keep away from open flames and avoid smoking while using it. Wash clothing, bedding, and dressings regularly if they come into contact with the cream. If your skin is infected, bleeding, or severely cracked, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

    Pregnancy

    Cetraben Cream is generally safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but you should still speak to your doctor before use to ensure it’s suitable for you.

    Storage information

    Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
