  • What is Aptamil Pepti 1 From Birth?

    Aptamil Pepti 1 From Birth is a nutritionally complete formula milk that can be used from birth up to one year old. It is made with 100% whey protein, making it ideal for babies with an allergy to cow's milk.

    Directions for use  

    You should only make up a bottle of Aptamil Pepti 1 From Birth when your baby is ready to feed. To prepare Aptamil Pepti 1 From Birth:
    • Wash your hands and sterilise all the utensils you’ll be using.
    • Boil some freshly run water in a kettle and leave it to cool for 30 minutes.
    • Check the feeding guide and measure the amount of cooled, boiled water required into a sterilised bottle.
    • Use the scoop provided to add the correct amount of powder to the cooled, boiled water. Level off the scoop using a clean knife.
    • Put the cap on the bottle and shake it thoroughly for 25 seconds.
    • Remove the cap and replace it with a sterilised teat.
    • Cool the bottle under a running tap and check the temperature before giving it to your infant.
    • Do not keep the feed for more than two hours.
    This product should only be used under medical supervision. Please read the included leaflet carefully before using this product. Warning  You should stop using this product immediately and speak to your GP or MyPharmacy pharmacist for advice if your child experiences an allergic reaction after consuming it. For medical services in your area, please refer to https://nhs.uk. Do not heat a feed in the microwave. This can cause hot spots in the formula, which may scald your infant.

    • vitamin E – 1.4mg
    • vitamin K – 4.4ug
    • thiamin – 0.07mg
    • riboflavin – 0.14mg
    • niacin – 0.43mg
    • pantothenic acid – 0.57mg
    • vitamin B6 – 0.045mg
    • vitamin B12 – 0.16ug
    • biotin – 1.9ug
    • folate – 15ug
    • vitamin C – 9.1mg
    This product is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.    

    Storage information for Aptamil Pepti 1 From Birth 

    Store this product in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not refrigerate this product. Do not use it after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Use it within four weeks of opening.  

    When to speak to a doctor or pharmacist  

    You should speak to a doctor or one of our pharmacists before giving your child Aptamil Pepti 1 From Birth if they:
    • have an underlying medical problem
    • are taking any other medicine or complementary therapy
    • suffer from any allergies
