The electrolyte tablets are convenient to take with you on-the-go and easy to use whenever you need them. Dissolve 2 effervescent tablets in 200ml fresh, cold water to create a blackcurrant flavoured hydrating drink. DioraHydrate Active Hydration are suitable for daily use – when you’re normally thirsty, after a hot day in the sun, when you are travelling and during or after exercising. They are also suitable for the entire family, including those who are lactose and gluten intolerant. -
Dose
The recommended daily dose for children aged 1 to 11 years of age is 4 tablets. Adults and children over the age of 11 may take 8 tablets a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet along with a healthy lifestyle.

How to use DioraHydrate Active Hydration
Drop one tablet into 250m of water. Wait for the tablet to dissolve completely. Once dissolved, drink the solution. Use as needed to maintain hydration levels.
