What is Systane Gel Drops
Systane Gel Drops provide lasting relief from dry eye irritation. They are a thicker eye drop formulation that creates a protective shield over your eyes when you need it the most.
You may have dry eyes if your eyes are:
- itchy
- sore
- gritty
- red
- blurry
- sensitive to light
- more watery than normal
You may be more likely to get dry eyes if:
- you’re over the age of 50
- you wear contact lenses
- you look at computer screens for a long time without a break
- you spend time in air conditioned or heated environments
- it’s windy, cold, dry or dusty
- you smoke or drink alcohol
- you take certain medicines (for example, some antidepressants or blood pressure drugs)
- you have a condition, such as Blepharitis, Sjögren’s Syndrome or Lupus

Before you use Systane Gel
Do not use:
- if this product changes colour or becomes cloudy
- if you are allergic to any ingredient in this product
When using this product:
- do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
- replace cap after each use
Stop use and ask a eye care professional if:
- you feel eye discomfort
- changes in vision occur
- redness or irritation of the eye(s)
- excessive tearing
How to use Systane Gel
- Shake well before using.
- Instil drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Ingredients
Aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, edetate disodium, hydroxypropyl guar, (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, potassium chloride, sodium chloride and sorbitol.
