What are Benadryl tablets?

Benadryl Allergy Relief Plus Decongestant Capsules offers daily relief from the symptoms of hay fever and other allergic conditions such as pet, skin and dust allergies. It also soothes congestion and blocked sinuses. Get relief from a runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, hives and skin rashes

How should Benadryl antihistamine tablets be used?

  • For oral use
  • Age: Adults and children 12 – 65 years: Dose: One capsule as necessary up to three times a day. No more than 3 capsules to be taken in 24 hours.
  • Age: Adults over 65 years and children under 12 years: Dose: Not recommended.

Tests have shown that Benadryl Allergy Relief Plus Decongestant Capsules do not cause drowsiness in the majority of sufferers and will therefore not normally affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. However, as with all antihistamines, there are rare exceptions and you should take care when using this product for the first time. This product should not be taken whilst under the influence of alcohol, if you are operating machinery or driving.


When should  Benadryl
tablets be used?

Benadryl is indicated for symptomatic relief of all allergic conditions responsive to antihistamines, e.g hay fever, runny nose, sneezing, hives, angioneurotic oedema (rapid swelling of the dermis), food allergy, drug and serum reactions and insect bites.

When should Benadryl antihistamine tablets not be used?

Benadryl tablets should not be used by anyone who is sensitive to antihistamines or any of the ingredients. Consult your GP before use if you have any other medical conditions, including, but not limited to:

epilepsy
glaucoma
prostatic hypertrophy
high blood pressure
cardiovascular disease
bronchitis
asthma

Do I need a prescription to order?
