Initial SILENCE preparation:

• For use by adults only
• Take the diffuser provided and place it on the valve on top of the dispenser
• Prime the diffusion system by pressing on the diffuser until the foam appears
• Silence is now ready to use
• Always follow the instructions in your own product

Silence directions for use:

• At bedtime
• Snake the dispenser vigorously
• Spray the back of the throat once for 1 second - Swallow
• Spray a second time for 1 second - Swallow

Important: clean the diffuser nozzle after use in order to avoid a blockage

To optimise the effect of Silence: Do not eat or drink after swallowing the solution, otherwise repeat the operation.

The performance of Silence could be affected by the consumption of alcohol. If you have consumed alcohol, drink a glass of water to rinse your throat off, before using the product.

When you use Silence, its anti-snoring action naturally encourages the passage of air. This may cause heavy breathing during the night and a dry throat on waking. These natural phenomena are signs of the effective action of the product on snoring and should disappear naturally after a few days.

About snoring: Snoring is an extremely common condition. It is caused by vibration of the soft palate and other throat tissue due to air turbulence upon inhaling. During sleep the muscles and other tissues in the throat relax and can obstruct the airway; however during waking hours muscle tone is improved and keeps the airways open. About sleep apnoea: Sleep apnoea is diagnosed when the snorer repeatedly stops breathing during steep for more than 10 seconds at a time. The sufferer wakes very suddenly and with breathing difficulties.
