Impotence

Impotence effects at least one in ten men in the UK. The blood flow into the penis and the ability to gain an erection is a reflection of a man's general circulatory health, and anything to improve general health will help the 70% of men who's impotence has a physical cause. Impotence is associated with a psychological cause in the remaining 30% of men. Most men experience occasional impotence as the result of alcohol, stress or fatigue, and this is nothing to worry about, however check with your doctor if impotence is a regular problem. Some herbal supplements claim to help, and sexual lubricants may also be of benefit if erections are weak.
