
EFT or 'Tapping'
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or 'Tapping' is a technique for changing negative thoughts and emotions by tapping on specific acupuncture points on the head and upper body and saying affirmations out loud at the same time. This can be done with a therapist on a one to one basis, in groups or by learning and practicing the technique on your own.
