Mintec Peppermint Oil (84 Capsules)
Mintec Peppermint Oil Capsules contain a naturally occurring oil extracted from the peppermint plant which is used to relieve the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Mintec relaxes spasm in the muscle of the bowel wall and helps restore normal bowel contractions. The resulting reduction in muscle cramps decreases the trapping of air and other bowel contents and relieves abdominal bloating, wind, discomfort and pain.
The capsules have a special coating so that they pass intact through the stomach and the first part of the bowel: This means that the peppermint oil is not released from the capsule until it reaches the problem area.
