Positive thinking can be learned, and here are some ways to increase your positive attitude -
- Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Be aware of the conversation you are having with yourself in your own mind. Listen to it and replace negative thoughts with positive ones as soon as you hear them.

- Be with positive people and avoid associating with negative people. Optimism and pessimism rub off on you.

- Avoid negative people. Negative talk will bring your mood down.Avoid friends, family and conversations that are negative
- Avoid negative TV and news. Your subconscious mind absorbs everything you see and hear, so avoid negative programming.
- Be healthy. Look after yourself and you will have more energy to be positive.Nutrition, exercise and sleep all help.
- Be sociable. Talk to people. Meet people. Use social networking to keep in touch on a personal level.
