Pripsen Mebendazole Tablets complete effective treatments for the treatment of threadworm.

  • sugar free

Pripsen Mebendazole Tablets belongs to a group of medicines called Anthelmintics. Anthelmintics are used to eliminate threadworm infections. They are available in cartoned blister packs as a One Person treatment containing two tablets or a Family Pack containing eight tablets.

The first dose of Pripsen Mebendazole Tablets will kill threadworms - but eggs maybe left behind. The second dose, taken 14 days later, kills the young worms that have hatched from these eggs, before they are old enough to have laid any eggs themselves.

Pripsen Sachets are available to treat children from 3 months old and adults.

Directions

Adults, the elderly and children over 2 years of age: One Pripsen Mebendazole Tablets to be chewed or swallowed whole.

  • Not recommended for children under two years of age.
  • If re-infection occurs after two weeks, the second tablet should be taken.
  • Since threadworms spread very easily, it is strongly recommended that all members of a family are treated at the same time to reduce the risk of cross-infection.

  • Vacuum carpets and damp dust surfaces frequently
  • Disinfect the toilet seat, toilet handle or chain, and door handle regularly
  • Cut fingernails as short as possible
  • Wear pyjamas or pants in bed
