There are many ways of making money, but the secret is to try those that interest you and that you know something about.

Some ways of making money by selling things -

Use eBay . Once you have set up an eBay account you can sell things you have and no longer need, as well as other things you can buy cheaply and sell for a profit, such as items from car boot sales. Start off with things you know something about and you will quickly learn what sells for what price, so that you can spot a bargain and buy at a low price and then sell for a profit
Use Amazon . You can open an Amazon account and sell books that you but from charity shops or Sunday markets
Recognise when you can buy at a particularly low price and sell for a profit
Use Play.com . Do you have any old CDs or DVDs you no longer need? Selling these for a few pounds each could easily raise hundreds of pounds
Do you have anything collectible? Old concert programs, pottery, pictures etc. Use your imagination here, because things you have tucked away in a drawer can have real value

Use the skills you have from your interests, hobbies or jobs to help other people.

If you have a computer skill, you can probably find someone who needs help with something you already know
