Directions:

• Thoroughly clean and dry skin before applying Relief Xtra
• Apply the Relief-Xtra magnet to the centre of the site of discomfort
• More than one Relief-Xtra magnetic plaster can be applied to the surrounding area
• Press plaster down firmly around the magnet to ensure it is secure
• Where there is more than one area of discomfort Several Relief-Xtra magnetic plasters can be applied to each area of discomfort
• Each magnetic plaster should be left in place for at least 5 days
• If no relief is felt after 5 days reposition a new magnetic plaster in a slightly different place
