Kalms Sleep contains a blend of herbs which are traditionally used for their sedative action particularly in cases of sleep disorders.

They are a traditional remedy containing a blend of plant ingredients that help promote refreshing natural sleep.

Directions: Adults, The Elderly; and Children over 12 years of age: Three or four tablets to be swallowed whole one hour before bedtime

• Do not chew
• Do not take on an empty stomach
• Not recommended for children under 12 years old

You must see a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days

Overdose: If you take more Kalms Sleep than you should, discontinue use and talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

If you forget to take Kalms Sleep do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses

The active ingredients in Kalms Sleep coated tablet are:

Valerian Powdered Extract 4:1 - 45.000 mg (equivalent to 180mg Valerian root)
Passiflora Powdered Extract 5.35:1 - 16. 820 mg (equivalent to 90mg Passiflora herb)
Wild Lettuce Powdered Extract 4:1 - 22. 500 mg (equivalent to 90mg Wild Lettuce)
Vervain Powder 60.000 mg
Powdered Hop Strobile 30.000mg

The other ingredients in the coated tablet are: Acacia, Beeswax, Black Iron Oxide (E172), Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Anhydrous, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Purified Talc, Shellac, Stearic Acid, Sucrose, Titanium Dioxide (E171).

Before you take Kalms Sleep:

• Do not take Kalms Sleep if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
• Pregnancy ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine
• Breast-feeding ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine
• Driving and using machines Kalms Sleep may make you feel sleepy. If you are affected, do not drive or operate any tools or machines
• Taking other medicines
