Fibresure Psyllium Capsules contains 100% natural fibre. Psyllium capsules that you can take everyday to help your body get the fibre it needs.

Fibresure Capsules Directions for use:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 capsules up to 3 times daily.

Take capsules with at least a full glass of water (250ml) and swallow 1 capsule at a time.

Not suitable for children under 12 years old

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Warnings:

• Take this product at least 2 hours before and 2 hours after taking any prescription medicine by mouth
• Taking capsules without enough liquid may cause choking.
• Do not take the product if you have difficulty swallowing.
• If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.

Ask you doctor Before Using this product if you have recently experienced a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting.

This product may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium
