- Centrum contains the complete range of vitamins and minerals, including iron, which is necessary for vitality of mind and body.
- Vitamins B1, B2, pantothenic acid, B6 and minerals phosphorus and magnesium are needed for release of energy from foods.
- Sufficient intake of vitamin B12, folic acid and iron, is essential to help maintain healthy blood cells. Calcium also has a role in blood pressure.
