How To Stop Smoking

One in four people in the UK smoke, and most of them want to stop smoking, but because nicotine is so very addictive this is hard to do. Some people do manage to quit smoking on their own, and others find they need some help. Help can come in the form of hints and tips to make things easier, or from nicotine replacement products, or complementary threapeies such as hypnotherapy, acupuncture or Emotional Freedom Technique. Sometimes it takes more than one attempt to stay stopped. However much you smoke, stopping smoking is always the best option.
